Response of Microorganism Suspension and Various Kinds of Organic Fertilizers to the Development of Pathogen Fusarium sp. on Shallots

Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L) is one of the horticultural plants that acts as a natural antioxidant. Shallot's productivity in Indonesia relatively low. It influenced by various factors, which due to attack soil-borne pathogen, namely Fusarium oxysporum. Symptoms oxysporum pathogen are yellow or pale green leaves and more elongated growth. Severe leads plant death. Balanced fertilization biopesticides application can prevent wilt. This study aims reduce control wilt disease. The research method used was Split Plot Design consisted two factors with main plot, suspension microorganisms (S) consists levels, fungicide (S0) Fobio sub-plot, organic fertilizers (M) three (chemical fertilizer) (M0), chicken manure (M1), Piensbio fertilizer (M2). Observation data for each treatment will be analyzed using analysis variance (ANOVA) followed Duncan test (alpha 5%) if there were differences treatment. results this study, plot treatment, (S0), showed an incubation period 29 days average intensity disease attacks 4.2%. subplots, type (M), unable suppress slow down sp on shallot crops. There no interaction between plots subplots all observation parameters.
